Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Pantry will be functioning a little differently. We will not be providing community meals, however you will still be able to pick up groceries at the front of the church each Thursday evening. We are operating a drive-through service. Please continue to support the Hamilton Church Food Pantry as we continue to support our community at this time.
The food pantry at Hamilton Church is a non-profit food charity providing basic food supplies for families and individuals in the local community. Operated entirely by volunteers, we aspire to make good food affordable and accessible. The pantry operates at the Hamilton Seventh-day Adventist Church. We are working in conjunction with Foodbank NSW to supply people with both fresh and packaged foods to help them through difficult times. In addition to pantry items, an evening meal is provided.
The pantry is open once a week on Thursdays at 105 Lindsay St, Hamilton. Doors open at 5:00pm for tea and tickets. The collection area is open between 5:30 and 7:00pm. In order to maintain the service, we request a small donation of $10 per single box and $20 for a family/household box. Any assistance in connecting us with beneficiaries or potential supporters would be much appreciated. For more information contact Hamilton Church or phone Teresa on 0425 834 104.
